Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and analyze the market to identify potential clients and partners in the ad tech industry. Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate new business leads.
  2. Build and maintain client relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our ad tech solutions. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue and achieve win-win outcomes for both parties.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives. Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape product development and improve service offerings.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space. Leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities, anticipate client needs, and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the ad tech industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  2. Industry knowledge: Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, digital marketing, data analytics, and targeting technologies. Familiarity with key industry players, trends, and challenges.
  3. Relationship building skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients. Ability to understand client requirements and align them with our ad tech solutions effectively.
  4. Sales and negotiation skills: Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, present solutions persuasively, and negotiate contract terms successfully. Proven experience in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  5. Results-driven mindset: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and deliver results.
  6. Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and technical teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
