Developing a thorough understanding of job roles and clients by researching via online and offline sources.
Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements of the client.
Sourcing/screening, shortlisting profiles, candidate engagement and followup, updating ATS and adding the resumes to the ATS
Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Linkedin, Job Portals, ATS, networking/references, headhunting to fill the vacant positions.
Mass mailing and job postings for all the job roles
Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence level, presentation, and ability to make the right decision.
Guiding candidates regarding assessment tests (for specific clients) & throughout Interview rounds.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
Organizing interviews for candidates with the client, as requested.
Informing candidates about the results of the interviews.
Negotiating salary pay and finalizing the arrangements between client and candidate.
Convincing candidates who have been offered by the company, ensuring that they are joining & completing the guarantee period successfully.
Technical recruitment will be a major part of the portfolio.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in recruitment
IT/Non IT recruitment experience
Graduate/Post graduate with First class overall
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
LinkedIn knowledge and experience preferred
Strong decision making skills
Needs to be proactive and performance driven
