Title: Full Stack Development Manager

Job Description:

· Participate in both technical and functional discussions relative to ongoing and future feature development

· Align software engineering teams with business goals

· Collaborates with technology owners and researches industry trends to assist project development and operational support activities

· Regularly analyzes current processes to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements such as reporting transparency, expanding capacity, reducing time and cost, and increasing effectiveness

· Communicate policies and standards to the teams

· Participate in planning sessions and anticipate future technology and feature changes to support the business

· Work with business solutions and technology architects to understand drivers, needs, strategies, and implications to the application architecture

· Provide input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, and deliverables, when needed

· Provide support and guidance to the software engineering teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes

· Provide expert knowledge of application architecture, and consult business and IT teams when application architecture knowledge is needed

· Create project and application deliverables that are consistent with development principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices

· Communicate implications of development decisions, issues, and plans

· Establish strong working relationships within individual software engineering teams
