Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a remote contract basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning still and motion creatives for our clients' advertisements across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to bring concepts to life through compelling visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and develop design concepts for digital advertisements.
• Create engaging and visually appealing still and motion creatives that align with the client's brand identity and marketing goals.
• Produce high-quality designs for various digital platforms, including social media ads, display banners, email campaigns, and website graphics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Ensure all designs are delivered within specified deadlines, adhering to brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to iterate on designs based on feedback and optimize creatives for better performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of still and motion creatives across different digital platforms.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
