Human Resource (HR)

A Human Resource (HR) professional typically has the following job duties:

1. Recruiting and staffing: Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for open positions       within the organization. This may include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

2. Employee relations: Maintaining positive and productive relationships between employees and  management. This may include mediating conflicts, addressing complaints, and implementing   company policies and procedures.

3. Training and development: Designing and implementing training programs that help  employees develop their skills and advance in their careers.

4. Compensation and benefits: Developing and managing compensation and benefits programs  that are competitive and attractive to employees.

5. Employee engagement: Creating and executing initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.

6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, as well as any other regulations that pertain to the organization.

7. Employee data management: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, such as contact information, job titles, salary information, and performance evaluations.
