We are currently seeking a lighting design specialist with minimum 5 years’ experience to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. The lighting design specialist will be part of the engineering department and will collaborate with lighting auditors, project managers, and sales team. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and passionate and who knows how to find solutions using resources at hand. Job Title: Lighting Design Specialist

Location: Remote

Qualification: Engineering degree (Electrical preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical/lighting Industry. Experience in lighting energy efficiency is preferred.

Key Skills & Attributes

Must be comfortable in communicating numerical data as well as calculating numbers such as discounts and percentages.

· Must know the application of basic electrical parameters i.e., watts, energy, 1ph and 3Ph voltage and current etc. and can analyze electrical utility bills.

· Professional with effective communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, one who is willing to take ownership and shows initiative.

· Able to grow in a startup environment and work independently.

· Experience with lighting design software (DiaLux) is preferred.

· Expertise in MS Excel.

· Fluent in English.

Roles & Responsibilities

Review lighting and electrical drawings and understand all symbols.

· Generate Lighting Retrofit proposals using Retrofit software.

· Electrical utility bills data analysis.

· Utility rebate management.

· Prepare job audits, quotations, and proposal submittals; follow up on open quotations.

· Managing the project pipeline and completion of projects before deadline.

· Manage Lighting & controls product catalog.

· Learning & adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies.

· Continually enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
