About The Team

The Marketing Operations team is part of the Marketing organization and is responsible for enabling our revenue engine to outperform, bring operational thought leadership for a strategic focus, build scalable processes and infrastructure to drive efficiency and bring operational excellence, and provide sustainable technology solutions to keep pace with rapid growth of the business.

As a key role within the International Marketing team (reporting to Global Marketing Operations), this position is responsible for the execution and measurement of all international marketing operations initiatives.

This person will have responsibility for continuously monitoring and measuring, providing analysis, and optimizing program performance. As a supporting member of the International Marketing team, the candidate will be the key liaison to the Global Marketing Operations team and an internal advocate for all marketing operation needs and requirements internationally, including privacy and GDPR compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of effective lead lifecycle management and scoring methods and processes, as well as expertise in optimizing Marketo program execution to drive higher conversions and marketing-qualified leads for sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and execute flawless and timely email marketing campaigns: one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic-content driven.
  • Execute Pardot nurture programs, trigger- and drip-based automated email
  • communications, ad hoc email campaigns, and event programs.
  • Creating lead capture forms and/or partner with our web development team on landing pages to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs, to successfully reach new customers and expand revenue growth within the existing customer base.
  • Manage the end-to end-webinar execution process from audience acquisition to post webinar follow-up
  • Database: Owns, governs, grows (working with Field Marketing Managers), and maximizes effectiveness of International DB
  • Data import/Append: List scrubbing and data imports, 3rd party system ( Apollo.io or similar) familiarity and knowledge of integration
  • Reporting/Analysis: Contribute to global dashboards, aggregate reports from regions marketing management, some specific project reporting as needed (Corporate Events, QBRs, etc.), analyze regional data and reporting to provide insight to managers on optimizing campaigns
  • Campaign Enablement: Train and support Americas on enabled programs, SME on global nurture and impact on Regional requests, manage/monitor Regional email calendaring and monitoring
  • Team Support: Train and assist Regional team as SME on systems, processes, and
  • enablement
  • Centralized Marketing Operations Interlocks: Meetings and input to help drive Regional marketing needs, receive updates, scope participation, and disperse information from centralized initiatives
  • Quarterly Control Book: Report on Marketing Metrics for the region every quarter and align budgets, pipeline to goals

We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience with marketing database management, analysis and marketing automation core technologies.
  • Familiarity with requirements and best practices of data privacy compliance and laws, especially GDPR.
  • Hands-on expertise with reporting, analytics, data hierarchies and architecture, and data manipulation and presentation.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, project management and communication (oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal collaboration and team building skills, high energy and enthusiasm for a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Quick yet structured, logical thinker and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-starter who drives projects from concept to on-time completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using BI and source systems (Such as: Tableau, Looker, ELT, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytic )
  • Strong track record as a Pardot super user. Pardot certified a plus.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with leading analytics, reporting, testing
