IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and at various levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, sales enablement tools, and other relevant technologies is a plus
