The sales executive job description entails providing assistance to a sales manager to help meet sales targets, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.

 

Primary responsibilities

 

  • Planning for assigned Sales target (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Continuously track goal accomplishment and self-performance (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Generate sales as per the sales target with self-closing and help of core team, other functions co-ordination and directors
  • Pre-plan sales promotion activities with leader for timely implementation
  • Marketing co-ordination meeting for communicating insights, obstacles and problems in sales process
  • Share daily, weekly and monthly report status the measurement metrics/parameters to measure the results of the role

 

Qualifications

 

1. At least 1 year of relevant experience. (Fresher who are competent in sales are also welcome)

2. Mastery in sales.

3. Strong in relationship management.

4. Confident in delivering results & achieving targets.

5. Helpful, quick learner, team player, and pleasant personality.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi).
