Job description

• Minimum 6 years of experience in database development
• Extensively worked with Postgres development
• In-depth knowledge in Postgres SQL, PL/pgSQL
• Experience in database development/migration using Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL
• Have worked on data migration project
• Experience in migrating PLSQL/TSQL objects like views, stored procedures triggers, packages into PostgreSQL
• Identify workarounds for specific issues and corner scenarios observed during migration
• Develop test plans and test cases to demonstrate database readiness post migration
• Work with multiple teams to provide issue-based help/training on PostgreSQL
• Go to the person for any queries on Postgres migration queries/issues/fixes
• Nice to have: AWS Cloud, AWS DMS, AWS SCT, Oracle / SQL Server, and Database Migration.
