Job Description

 

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales processes, excelling at taking initiatives, relationships building, and closing deals. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

 

Key Responsibility Area

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
  • Keep track of the marketing campaigns and identify gaps and take corrective measures proactively.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them rapidly.
  • Assess individual Team Leader performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to team leaders & Leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ experience in leading a high-performing team, preferably in SaaS/B2B space.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills & Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the Company.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Must be proficient with Google Workspace (intermediate Google Docs, advanced Google Sheets, Charts).
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio is an advantage.
  • Worked in a Startup environment.
