LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/interface-ai/ Software Engineer II to be responsible for implementing virtual assistant products to our customers. They will be exposed to a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured/engineered differently for each customer. The Implementation Engineer will work on a pod of engineers, collaborating daily with a project delivery team. Additionally, they will work with Product Management and core development teams to keep apprised of additions and changes to the broad set of options. The successful candidate must be technically savvy, exceptionally detail-oriented, and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting. This role will occasionally interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues during a project. REQUIREMENTS: Experience Required - 2-4 Years • Strong hands-on experience in debugging/ resolving issues. • Should have exposure to application development and be able to perform code changes. • Development experience in javascript(NodeJS) related technologies. • Good understanding of software engineering principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs no supervision. • Need to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills required. • Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies. • Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc. • Experience with Version Control systems preferably GIT • Good understanding of analyzing the logs. • Good knowledge on application deployment. • Involved in product implementation is a plus(Optional) • Exposure to core banking APIs (Optional) • Knowledge of scripting language, eg: Python, shell script, etc. is required. • Have exposure to AWS cloud or any cloud technologies. (Optional) • Have exposure to Docker/Kubernetes (EKS) - (Optional) • Having work experience in a startup company is of added advantage. • Possess the ability to understand business problems and provide solutions/information related to the business requirements.
