What's the opportunity:

InTone is looking for a Senior Account Executive / Director of Sales with a true hunter mentality and an understanding of tech products and B2B software.

In this role you will:

  • Proactively identify, qualify and close the sales pipeline targets following B2B sales cycles
  • Build strong and effective relationships with upcoming and current customers, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Negotiate product and integration security and technical requirements with enterprise customers
  • Collecting customer feedback to determine the product, and service shortfalls, take them through the launch process and provide the necessary support
  • Provide feedback to the product management and engineering teams to help improve InTone's core product
  • Oversee sales back office functions such as contracts and account plans


Our expectations:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably tech early-stage SaaS / Call Center software companies)
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC/BANT qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an unstructured and changing startup environment
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Experience selling newly developed products
  • Understanding of sales in the US and Asian markets




This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary in USD (along with stock options). After the next financing round, there will be potential for salary growth. The role includes flexible working hours, remote options, and relocation opportunities.
