Our team is looking for an experienced and skilled Social Media Specialist to join us. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent postings across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, and YouTube.

• Develop engaging and creative content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure the content is informative and visually appealing.
• Implement strategies to increase followers and expand our social media reach on all platforms.
• Conduct social media listening and monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using scheduling and tracking tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

Requirment

• Should have a bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, YouTube and so on.
• Familiarity with scheduling and tracking tools for social media management.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
