Profile Summary: We seek to hire an organized, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for selling Software Solutions & help us grow our customer base by selling products to existing & new customers. We look forward to hiring someone who can maintain good client relationships.

 

Key Performance Areas;

  • Work on qualified leads from Marketing teams & achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare & deliver demos, proposals, follow-up on orders, initial payments and handover to onboarding.
  • Take initiatives that help in building a strong customer pipeline & thereby driving our Product sales.
  • Closures, individual contributors, team management, regional and channel management.
  • Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining our Product to existing & prospective customers.
  • Identify current & future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with current & potential customer base.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the technical/R&D team for future product enhancements.
  • Suggest ideas/innovations that increase customer satisfaction.

 

Key Requirements;

  • Preferably an MBA/PGDM(Sales/Marketing) or related stream with 4 years’ B2B Software Sales Experience- ERP/CRM/ SaaS.
  • Familiar with tools like- Zoho CRM systems, subscription management tools, etc.
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Skills- a good speaker and comfortable dealing with large sets of audiences in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
