Desired Experience : 0-1 years Job Description Responsibilities : • Update our ATS on each step of the hiring process. • Screening potential candidates and application forms to identify suitable profiles. • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Posting job openings to job channels and social media platforms • Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates • Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand • Maintaining Data in the required formats and generating reports • Participate in organizing company events and careers days • Nurture a positive working environment • Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed. • Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels Qualifications : • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field • Proven working experience in an office environment. • Any prior experience in Recruitments. • People-oriented and results-driven • Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills • The ability to work as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent administrative and organizational skills. • Effective communication skills
