Bookkeepers accurately track financial transactions, reconcile the books, and disburse payments to UniversalGiving team members and providers. They also may invoice clients. Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks is required. The ideal candidate has a solid commitment to sound financial processes and procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
  • Reconcile Quickbooks
  • Disburse payments to UniversalGiving’s team members and providers
  • Deliver monthly finance reports: P&L; P&L YoY and balance sheet
  • With proven experience, monitor variances in the organization’s budget

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is required: bookkeeping knowledge and skills
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (some training provided

Duration and Location

  • The position is available part-time (5-8 hours per month)
