The candidate will play a vital role in increasing the number of high-quality content assets produced by our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging pictures and videos that effectively promote our services across various social media platforms. Additionally, you will support the marketing team in executing social media marketing strategies to maximize audience engagement and drive growth. This position requires strong creative skills, proficiency in content creation tools, and a good understanding of social media platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging pictures and videos to be used in social media marketing campaigns, website content, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement metrics.

Branding and Consistency: Ensure all created content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing to ensure innovative and fresh content ideas.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements and brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide insights to improve future content strategies.

Content Calendar Management: Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content and timely delivery of campaigns.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging content creation techniques, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance content quality and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is highly desirable.

Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.

Proficiency: Strong knowledge of content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar software.

Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and experience in leveraging them for marketing purposes.

Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze content performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize future content strategies.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.

 

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team, as well as independently when required.
